About

Since a very young age, fishing has always been my passion.  I grew up in St. Louis, Missouri fishing every pond, creek, and river I could find.  My love for the sport grew and grew all the way through college, where I competed on the bass fishing team at the University of Missouri.  After graduating, I moved straight to Lake of the Ozarks where I now reside full time.

I started Expert Angling in hopes to share my passion with others.  I think everyone should get the chance to experience the adrenaline rush of hooking and fighting a fish.  In my opinion, Lake of the Ozarks is the perfect location for a fishing trip due to the diversity of angling opportunities.  I specialize in targeting bass and crappie, however this lake also offers the opportunity to catch other species such as catfish, white bass, hybrid stripers, and walleye.
